Is Life Just a Game

Is Life Just a Game
Venue

As the Olympics brought people from all over the world to London, this great capital of the United Kingdom, iERA is conducted this unprecedented event by enabling Muslims to take the opportunity to ask the question – http://www.IsLifeJustAGame.com https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpGPSx-hQjo Muslims have made so many valuable contributions to society, both historically and in modern times. But what was it that turned a nation of desert-dwellers into a nation that united people in the East and the West and brought peace and harmony wherever they settled for believers and unbelievers alike? The Qur’an states: “You are the best people extracted for the good of mankind; you enjoin good and forbid evil and believe in God” (The Qur’an 3:110) This verse tells the believers of their responsibility to serve and help mankind by being good examples and thereby taking moral leadership as a humble undertaking. But it is also important to present answers to the questions ALL human beings have asked themselves at one point or another in their lives, namely, where have we come from, what are we doing here and where are we going? Participants wore yellow t-shirts with the logo “Is Life Just a Game” and handed out postcards at key Olympic venues designed to make the reader think about the fundamental questions of man, life and the universe. The idea is to promote friendly and stimulating discussions where misconceptions about Islam and Muslims will be put to rest and barriers between people will be torn down. “Invite to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and fair preaching, and debate with them in a way that is better.” (The Qur’an 16:125)

To test whether this claim is true we must rationally investigate the historical narratives and testimonies concerning the life of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Once we do this, we will be in a position to come to a balanced conclusion in this regard. Visit www.dontshoothemessenger.com to take the test.

Secrets Of a Muslim Woman

Secrets Of a Muslim Woman
Venue

When people see a Muslim woman on the street, covered from head to toe, exposing nothing but her eyes or her face and hands, all sorts of thoughts enter their minds. Their feelings range from curiosity and pity, to complete horror at what looks like a religion that oppresses women. What doesn’t really seem to add up is that even though Islam seems to be the least appealing way of life for women, more and more intelligent, educated, independent women are actually choosing to become Muslim. Now why would they want to do that? Visit www.secretsofamuslimwoman.com for your chance to hear from a Muslim woman, in her own words, how Islam affects her experience of womanhood.
